Professor John A. Shelnutt in his Research Group Home Page presents the NSD Search Engines for the Protein Data Bank, featuring:

Normal-Coordinate Structural Decomposition (NSD) for Hemeproteins in the PDB (illustration); there are 1,579 heme structures from about 750 hemeprotein structures in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) that have been analyzed by NSD. Search engines are provided for retrieving the data by the PDB code.
